10 years running and still going strong! The annual event Rock The World music festival will be back once more for its latest edition, Rock The World: Adrenaline! It’s schedule to be held on 10th DEC 2011 at Stadium Merdeka, start from 12PM till late. Rock The World is a major household name to music fans of Malaysia’s rock scene. Born in 2000, Rock The World has grown to be Malaysian’s biggest and longest running rock music festival. Every year Rock The World showcases the best bands and highlights new or upcoming bands coming through the ranks.

Rockaway festival is back with bigger than ever this year! Presented by local indie band One Buck Short, Rockaway 2011 will be a 12-hour rock music festival which showcase local and international acts, celebrating music and all things rock! This first of its kind rock music festival is scheduled to be held on upcoming 8th OCT 2011 at Carpark A, Bukit Jalil Stadium start from 12PM. The international headliners that will be perform at this Rock event of the year are none other than The Used, All Time Low and Story of the Year.

Malaysian direct broadcast satellite pay television station, Astro is going to organised a coolest youth concert, Suara Kami 2011 on this upcoming 17th SEPT 2011 at Merdeka Stadium in Kuala Lumpur, start from 12PM until 10:30PM. This annual three-day Asian alternative music festival is a showcase of local and foreign indie bands, celebrating music you don’t often hear on commercial radio. Los Angeles quintet Maroon 5 is heading to Malaysia next month! The funky alternative rock band have released two multi-platinum studio albums, ”Songs About Jane” in 2002 and ”It Won’t Be Soon Before Long” in 2007 respectively, scored a string of hit singles (“This Love,” “She Will Be Loved,” “Harder to Breathe,” “Sunday Morning,” “Makes Me Wonder”), won three Grammy Awards, and sold 15 million albums worldwide. Last year, Adam Levine and the boys are back with their third-studio album, entitled “Hands All Over”.
