Malaysia’s most distinguished dance show that is designed to shed light on the street dance, 8TV Showdown will return by give it to the streets with Showdown Street Fest 2011 on this Saturday, 24th SEPT 2011, at Old Wing Open Carpark, 1 Utama Shopping Centre from 10:00AM till 11:30PM. Admission is free! This one day festival will feature Showdown 2011′s dance crews performance along with Hip-Hop activities such as street dance, graffiti art, DJ-ing, MC-ing, concert, workshops, career talks, bazaars and many more.

After Barclays Premier League and Spanish La Liga, the final of my three favourite European football leagues – Italian Serie A is about to kick off its new campaign this weekend. Another brand new season of Barclays Premier League (BPL), the most popular football league around the world, is about to kick off in three days time. It’s time for the new kit releases of the BPL clubs which are always anticipated with bated breath by fans. In conjunction with this, I would like to share you with a few new jerseys from the BPL clubs which personally looked awesome to me, be it home, away or third kits. All these smartest gear for the new campaign has been officially unveiled and already hit the shops since few months ago. Besides Uniqlo, A Bathing Ape (or better known as BAPE) also collaborates with Transformers to unveil a series of apparel collection for adults and kids scheduled along with release of the third installment of the live action movie, Transformers: Dark of the Moon. BAPE decorated a series of BABY MILO graphic tees with the Autobots’ insignia and facsimiles of its leader, Optimus Prime. The collection will be available on two different release schedules with first sets launch on 2nd JUL 2011 and the second set will be on 23rd JUL 2011, along with the more exclusive t-shirts and Optimus Prime toy figure which re-done in BAPE First Camo pattern with help from toy maker TOMY. Calling all urbanities, prepare yourself available for a full day of fun at the most coveted one-day art-themed annual festival in Malaysia as Urbanscapes is back, with an even bigger style, a fresh new venue, concept and performing artists on the line-up! Urbanscapes 2011 will be held on 16th JUL 2011 at Padang Astaka, Petaling Jaya start from 12PM-12AM. Urbanscapes is an event organised by KLue and is the first and only all-day “user-generated” creative arts festival within Klang Valley which aims to bring together communities and participants from the fields of music, arts, fashion, photography, lifestyle, film under a single banner to showcase the best of the local scene. Converse Malaysia is going to organize an awesome street event entitled – Converse Block Party on this Saturday, 18th JUN 2011 at Millennium Park, Subang Jaya start from 2PM till 9PM.
