Swiss watchmakers Rado launched the Rado Young Design Prize Malaysia 2010 contest recently with prizes worth up to RM50,000 to be won. Themed “Unlimited Spirit”, this art and design competition accepts entries in almost all design categories – animation, architecture, digital, fashion, graphic design, illustration, installations, interior, jewellery, painting, photography, print, products, sculpture or video. This contest is open to all young designers in Malaysia aged from 18 to 35 years old and contest deadline is 6th OCT 2010.

After a successful run last year, Kuala Lumpur Design Week (KLDW) is going to return for its second edition with new logo, new mission, new line-ups and new objectives this year.
