19th MTV Movie Awards

The 19th annual MTV Movie Awards has been taken place at Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, Carlifornia on 6th JUN, just the past Sunday. The second installment of the vampire drama film franchise – The Twilight Saga: New Moon, comes out as the biggest winner of the night by winning total four kudos, including the top honor of Best Movie, Best Female Performance, Best Male Performance and Best Kiss awards.


Following New Moon’s domination is The Hangover which grabs two golden popcorn trophies, which are Best Comedic Performance and Best WTF Moment. The Korean star, Rain who appears in Ninja Assassin is also voted as the Biggest Badass Star. The full list of winners for the night is after the jump:

  • Best Movie: The Twilight Saga: New Moon
  • Best Female Performance: Kristen Stewart – The Twilight Saga: New Moon
  • Best Male Performance: Robert Pattinson – The Twilight Saga: New Moon
  • Best Breakout Star: Anna Kendrick – Up in the Air
  • Best Comedic Performance: Zach Galifianakis – The Hangover
  • Best Villain: Tom Felton – Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
  • Best Fight: Beyonce Knowles vs. Ali Larter – Obsessed
  • Best Kiss: Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson – The Twilight Saga: New Moon
  • Best WTF Moment: Ken Jeong (Naked Trunk Surprise) – The Hangover
  • Global Superstar: Robert Pattinson
  • Best Scared-As-Sh**t Performance: Amanda Seyfried – Jennifer’s Body
  • Biggest Badass Star: Rain
  • Generation Award: Sandra Bullock
