2009/10 UEFA Champions League (MD7-IV)

Today is the final day of 2009/10 UEFA Champions League last-16 first leg clash. The remaining two matches are CSKA Moscow versus Sevilla and Inter Milan clash with Chelsea. Talk about attractive, the focus tonight definitely would be upon the classical clash between Inter Milan and Chelsea at Meazza Stadium. Can the former coach of Chelsea, Jose Mourinho overcome the former coach of AC Milan, Carlo Ancelotti?

Both teams are the leading teams in their domestic league respectively and both have never meet before in any major football competitions, except the friendly match in World Football Challenge tournament at USA last summer where Chelsea won with 2-0. Inter Milan have a 19 consecutive undefeated record at home in any competitions this season, including 9 wins 1 draw in last 10 matches. But they were winless in last 5 encounters with English sides, in which they were scoreless in last 4 games. Meanwhile Chelsea had only lose twice in last 10 UCL encounters with Italian teams. I forecast that the winner can only be decided in second leg at Stamford Bridge, thus the sharing of  1 point probably would be the result between both teams tonight.

I fail my predictions, once again… Need to do some works on this…
