AirAsia is giving out free seats again. The promotion started from 11st November to 15th November 2009 for travel date of 1st May 2010 to 30 Oct 2010. You still have 2 more days to get your free seats before the promotion ended.

Luckily, I have got myself a ticket to Sandakan (RM45 for 1 – includes check in baggage) and tickets for my parents to Kuching (RM50 for 2). I was thinking to book tickets to Macau or Hong Kong but no longer available on the dates I want (near to weekend). And also, during this few days, AirAsia’s website will be loading very slowly, so you have to be patient when checking for available flights.

Here are some tips (from AirAsia) on getting the best deals:

• Avoid weekends and public holidays and try for mid-week and mid-day flights.
• Also do try other new destinations if your desired destination is not available.
• Tell your friends to rotate on shifts to logon to airasia.com
• The best time to book online is from 3 a.m. to 7 a.m.
