Malaysia Prime Minister and Finance Minister – Datuk Seri Najib Abdul Razak will be announcing the country’s budget for 2010 on tomorrow, 23rd OCT 2009 in Parliament. The Ministry of Finance will upload all contents of the budget report tomorrow on www.treasury.gov.my for public viewing after the budget speech by the Prime Minister. Public can also download the whole budget report at Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Bank Negara Malaysia, Securities Commission of Malaysia, and Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia.
Besides, the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRB) will also set up a special hotline operations centre for the Budget 2010. In a statement, the IRB said the centre is to enable the public to obtain information and further clarification on tax issues. The hotline will be operational from 7:00pm to 10:00pm tomorrow.
